Ideal for school groups, after-school activities, sports clubs, Guides, scouts or any other community groups
A fun and interactive session of 1, 3 or 6 hours - depending on age and syllabus required.
A range of topics are covered, including:
-
Contacting the emergency services
-
CPR
-
How to use an AED
-
Recovery position
-
Choking
...and many more.
The mini medics course will show complete respect for the child’s ability, make it educational and practical, and instil the importance of helping someone who is poorly or injured.
We warmly encourage parents or guardians to attend alongside their child during our Mini Medics sessions. Having a parent present not only helps support and reinforce the child’s learning, but also gives adults the opportunity to gain valuable life-saving knowledge and skills themselves. Learning together can boost a child’s confidence, encourage questions, and help families feel more prepared to respond calmly and effectively in an emergency.
